Quick-drying, self-leveling screed based on cement with the addition of polymers, suitable for troweling and leveling the substrates to the thickness of the screed layer of 30 mm. Servoplan P 200 is suitable as a base under ceramic floor coverings, natural stone and concrete paving, as well as under elastic and textile floor coverings and parquets. The trowel is suitable for dry indoor environment on stable substrates structures that do not bend. In combination with contact insulation, the trowel can also be used in a water environment in grading W0-I, W1-I and W2-I according to DIN 18534 which can be residential and hotel bathrooms, but not directly in the shower area. Furthermore, the trowel is at a layers with thickness up to 10 mm also suitable for screeds made of cast asphalt with hardness of IC 10 and for overcoating heating mats. Servoplan P 200 can also be used in housing construction as a walkable floor layer.
