Whitewood yellowish-white to reddish-white, core wood reddish-brown to dark reddish-brown. Siberian larch is one of the most valuable and durable species among coniferous wood species. Its contained resin repels water as a natural impregnation and protects wood against fungal attack. Siberian larch is harder than European because of its slow growth in cold regions. Larch is particularly sensitive to iron, and we recommend stainless steel fasteners only to prevent rust.Wood density: ca. 650 kg / m 3 .Kiln-dried to 16-18 %.Recommended dilatation between boards when laying: 5 - 7 processing variant 1:28 x 120 mm - face side = smooth 28 x 145 mm - face side = smoothProcessing variant 2:27 x 145 mm - face side = Reeded 27 x 145 mm - face side = rough groove
